mobile solar panel

offgrid idea!

As we are lovers of the free energy we are pround enough for this project.
This is a mobile solar panel.
You can get it with you everywhere.
We made it for camping.
The panel consist of 36 cells (0.45 V , 1.8 watt).

Dimensions : 54x54cm.
Output        : 20 volt (open circuit)
Current       : 3.9 A
Power         : 64 Watt

make your own pcbs!

The electronic parts that you will need are:
- 48 high power uv leds (prefer straw hat)
- 8 resistors 150 Ohm 1/4 watt
- 24 VDC power supply

How to construct.

It is a simple idea.
There are 8 paraller arrays that consists from 6 leds in serries with a resistor (150 Ohm).
We power them up with 24 VDC.


Tests.

After a lot of tests we notice that the best exposure time is about 2,5 minutes.

The parts that you will need are:
- An unused package box
- 4 meters hard paper rolls
- Sticky labels for the values of the resistors

How to construct.

It is a simple idea.
You cut the roll into equal parts about 10cm long.
And then you place them into a package box.
